All my life I have been a light sleeper, I need a quiet comfy space to fall asleep. Oh and I have an active mind. I like:

does anybody have any words Pro or Con of advice or caution here?
My Doc is advocating this because:
D: Diphenhist (Anti-Histamine) has more problems than Melatonin … can cause lag or drowsiness … loses efficacy…
therefore less likely to work when I need it… so I should save Diphenhist for emergencies…
and recommends I use Melatonin to Take a vacation from Diphenhist
