Town squares are for free speech and public gathering. Not for drunken gangs who gang stock individuals as green shirt did with his strobe light on me while he directed red hoodie EVAN to attack me

This gang drinks cusses smokespot takesdrugs buysdrugs selldrugs on the tables by the bike racks of Lytton Plaza Palo Alto closest to Rose and Crown parking lot most every night of every day trashing all of their stations with litter and empty alcohol bottles. This plaza is not currently safe for women or children. The maintenance crew claims they do not mind as they pick up scores of items of litter every day but I mind because this gang destroyed my free speech first amendment activities last night in my town Square USA

White male late 20s or early 30s with beard and glasses wearing a hoodie on a Segway scooter with two dogs cream colored Akita which bites people and barks at most all dogs and a smaller Australian cattle dog mix associates with his gang most likely selling drugs to this gang in between his other interactions from Alma Street High St., Cogswell Plaza to the fifth floor of the Calper Waverly university Hamilton parking structure garage

Lytton Plaza is becoming a dangerous drug den therefore good citizens need to step up and reclaim this town Square with the help of law-enforcement
I have observed their activities this month and previously I had cleaned up the plaza after them cleaning most of the table stations of litter and empty alcohol bottles
EXCLUDING THEIR ACTUAL DRUG TRANSACTION TABLES WHICH I AVOID. Closest to Rose and crown parking lot Porta potty.
but now I fear as of last night things have changed
