Astronomical Fiction That May Interest You
And for a quick change-of-pace: For the last few years, I have been writing science fiction stories based on good astronomy, and wanted to share my latest with you: Called "The Lurker," it was published in "The Worlds Within" magazine; you can read it free at:
http://bit.ly/thelurker
It’s about the possibility that advanced civilizations among the stars might send automated probes to our solar system (and others); probes that wait - lurking quietly – to detect some sign of intelligent life. I tried to imagine how some hapless explorers in the future might accidentally trigger one of these probes. I hope you enjoy it.
This is my 10th published story of science fiction based on astronomical themes. You can find links to the entire list at:

Included are a story of using black holes to get over a failed romance, and one called "I Swallowed a Martian."
