When speaking to one group of three of the group of 12
Officer A parked SUV on E Street westbound adjacent to public square
Officer A approached and lingered at DJ TABLE
Officer A approached and spoke to party adjacent to pizza joint
Officer A approached me. I extended my arms displaying open brown paper shopping bag containing King Arthur baking flour open bag while I stated:

Officer A Directed me to my table display saying paraphrased:
Let's talk over here!
To which I complied and walked over to table.
I set my baking flour on South Seat. Several more times I held bag open to display baking flour.

Officer A asked me for my ID less than 10 times

Officer A asked Officer B to call ( female name Rebecca? (supervisor? C/O? Superior?)) to see:

Officer B was not privy to any of our eight minutes of conversation unless officer A had an open mic

I suspect this radio call was just a ploy to scare me I go compliance
Conversation cycled through numerous rounds of officer asking for my identification which I repeatedly cited defenses of
ACLU protected speech
Officer A stated I did not need to use the word cocaine
To which I disagreed pointing to my various free speech signage stating I would not have to use that word if this crime has been successfully prosecuted in 1996
When LAPD vice detective Michael C Ruppert
Addressed
CIA director John Deutsch at Maxine Waters congressional hearing
Watts California 1996 stating: approximately

Officer A altered his demeanor and changed his tone of conversation interrupting me at several of my evidential affidavit type verbal statements
as Officer A became shorter in cadence and more dominant in voice tone and presence.
I replied in kind, again something like:
I would not have to use the word cocaine as a free speech tactic if these crimes had been successfully addressed in 1996. But they have not.
( therefore my free speech is protected and prescribed by the ACLU interpretation of the first amendment) within

Later in our approximately eight minute conversation because this officer A was repeatedly bearing down on me in his effort to cause me to produce identification I stated: paraphrased:
We are on the verge of World War III
So this free speech is necessary
( as I pointed to various of my 7 free speech placards )
Final Round: SPECIFICALLY officer A:
ARE YOU GOING TO SHOW ME YOUR ID ?
to which I responded specifically:
"That should not be necessary for first amendment activity."
At several points during our approximately eight minute conversation officer A informed me they had been getting calls that I was soliciting cocaine
Prior to departing, officer A informed me that if they kept receiving such calls ...
... seargent ...
... escalate ...

QUESTION: to what extent? Citations please? Are my avenues of free speech expressed last night protected by the first amendment?
