The jet fuel theory, advocated by anti-geoengineering expert Jim Lee, contrasts with the popular belief that independent sprayer apparatuses attached to planes are the primary cause of the sun- and sky-blocking activity we see above our heads, as popularized by Dane Wigington.
Jet fuel emissions contain sulfur and metal components that can form clouds when the column of air at that altitude is cold and wet enough, a phenomenon called the ‘Schmidt-Appleman Criterion.’
During the Monday interview, a woman in the audience asked RFK Jr. about the trails:

There’s growing agreement that something unnatural is happening overhead.
The skies we once knew are dimmer, the clouds stranger, and sunlight more often filtered through a strange metallic haze.

But within the anti-geoengineering and weather modification community, there’s a rift about what exactly is causing it.

One Side Says: It’s Sprayers.
Renowned experts like Dane Wigington of GeoEngineeringWatch.org say this is no accident of aviation.
He insists these trails are the result of intentional spraying—deliberate atmospheric aerosol operations carried out by specialized aircraft, using onboard tanks and nozzles to distribute nano-particulate metals like aluminum and barium into the upper atmosphere.
The purpose? Solar radiation management, weather manipulation, and possibly more nefarious goals like environmental degradation, biological interference, or even population control.
Wigington points to historical government weather modification documents, declassified programs, and patents as evidence of a global operation with military fingerprints.
This camp views the operations as covert, compartmentalized, and separate from normal commercial aviation activity.
The trails we see are not just a byproduct of combustion—they’re the output of dedicated aerosol campaigns.

The Other Side Says: It’s the Jet Fuel.
Then there’s the view defended by researcher Jim Lee—a brilliant forensic mapper of the skies whose data-driven approach has won him credibility even among skeptics.
He runs multiple websites that support his view.
Lee doesn’t deny geoengineering is real—he says it’s already happening, even intentionally, but not necessarily through separate “sprayer planes.”
Instead, he shows that commercial aviation itself has been modified to geoengineer the skies through altered fuel formulations and combustion processes.
Why the trails and subsequent cloud formations are visible on some days and not others is explained in the next section.

From peer-reviewed studies, patents, and internal climate engineering proposals dating back to the early ‘90s, Lee has compiled a staggering record.
Jet fuel, he shows, has been doped with sulfur, black carbon, and metallic compounds specifically to modify climate and radiative forcing.
This includes the notorious 1991 “Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding” patent, which suggested using metal oxides through jet fuel itself, not external tanks.
On Lee’s theory, Jet engines are the sprayers—they don’t need tanks because the fuel is the delivery system.
His work draws from official sources: NASA, the Academy of Finland, Rolls-Royce patents, and environmental science literature showing that high sulfur jet fuel emissions lead to artificial cloud formation, long-lasting contrails, and albedo manipulation.
The reason we see massive, persistent white streaks overhead isn’t necessarily because someone flipped a sprayer switch—it’s because modern aviation is, by design, a climate-modifying system.
Studies cited by Lee show that contrails formed from jet exhaust have a net warming or cooling effect depending on the size, altitude, and chemical composition of the particles—and researchers have openly discussed using these effects for climate engineering, with sulfur or soot as additives.
Interestingly, the chemicals that proponents of the independent sprayer apparatus theory say are being injected into the sky—sulfur, aluminum, barium, strontium, etc.—are the very same chemicals found in jet exhaust.

In the United States alone, there were approximately 16.8 million domestic flights in 2024, with an average of about 46,027 flights per day.
In 2023, U.S. jet fuel consumption averaged 1.65 million barrels per day, translating to approximately 602.25 million barrels per year.
These numbers make Lee’s theory more than plausible.
In fact, University of Chicago Professor David Keith, founding director of the Climate Systems Engineering Initiative, confirmed in an August 2012 study that the Earth could be geoengineered with as few as 14 Boeing 747s.
Jim Lee argues that geoengineering is already happening not through separate sprayer planes, but through the jet fuel itself—commercial aviation modified by design to alter the climate using doped fuel that emits climate-altering aerosols with every flight.
What About Visibility?
Lee often points to the Schmidt-Appleman criterion (here), a set of atmospheric conditions that explain when contrails become visible and long-lasting.
The theory goes like this: all planes are emitting particulates all the time, but only when ambient humidity and temperature are in the right range do the trails become visible and persist.
The colder and wetter the section of atmosphere the airplane is passing through, the more likely the trails and subsequent cloud formations will be visible.
The 2009 Whelan et al. paper—backed by NASA, the EPA, and the University of Cork—details how upper atmosphere conditions over Ireland, such as supersaturation and cold temperatures at 35,000 feet, lead to widespread contrail persistence and cloud formation from commercial traffic.
They confirmed that under the right conditions, normal jet exhaust creates massive artificial cirrus cloud cover .
No tanks needed—just planes, weather, and modified fuels.

So Who’s Right?
Both camps agree on one thing: what we’re seeing in the skies is not normal.
Whether it’s aerosol tanks mounted on military aircraft or chemicals burned invisibly through jet engines, the result is the same—chemical-laced trails that persist, spread, block sunlight, and disrupt ecosystems.
Wigington warns of a covert military-industrial assault on the environment, carried out through secret spraying programs hidden from the public.
Lee reveals a parallel reality: a legal, openly documented form of climate engineering embedded into commercial aviation through fuel chemistry and combustion physics.
One sees a classified weapons system.
The other sees a normalized, systemic pollutant stream with global consequences.
But both call for the same response: full transparency, criminal accountability, and an end to atmospheric experimentation without informed consent.
With RFK Jr. now heading HHS and states like Tennessee already taking action to outlaw geoengineering, the tide is finally beginning to turn.
The fight for clean air, real weather, and human sovereignty is no longer fringe—it’s now a national issue.
And for those watching the skies, it’s confirmation that the battle is not only real—it’s already underway.

Kela launched in July 2024, pegged explicitly to October 7. Its founders—Hamutal Meridor, Alon Dror, Jason Manne, Omer Bar-Ilan—are Israeli defense elites. Meridor’s ex-Palantir and Unit 8200; Dror’s Talpiot and IDF; Manne and Bar-Ilan are military-tech vets. Their AI platform welds civilian tools—advanced models, sensors, edge devices—into military frameworks, churning out real-time battlefield control. It’s rolling out to the IDF first, then targeting U.S. and Western forces. They call it “iteration under fire”—a fancy term for turning carnage into a startup pitch.
The money piled up fast: $11 million from Sequoia, $28 million from Lux Capital, plus In-Q-Tel and others—$39 million total for a 25-person Tel Aviv crew. Kela’s tech could shift warfare—data-heavy, AI-sharp, brutally effective. But In-Q-Tel’s not here to clap for innovation. I’ve tracked their game: they fund systems that kill today and monitor tomorrow. This platform, slurping data from “various sources” in real time, could flip from targeting enemies to watching us all. The CIA thrives on that kind of pivot.
Now, October 7. Kela’s whole story hinges on that day—tragedy as inspiration, a call to action. Except not everyone’s buying it. Sequoia’s World Economic Forum and BlackRock ties, Lux’s defense bets—these aren’t random backers; they’re globalist power brokers. Even if the conspiracy claims are debunked.
Kela’s tech is real—war-altering, no doubt. But if October 7 was a move the deep state allowed, this company’s a profiteering offspring, and the CIA’s investment looks like a nod to the hustle. The attorneys general are “demanding accountability for alleged mismanagement, misleading statements, and suppression of scientific debate,” according to a press release from AG Wilson’s office.
Dr. Fauci’s pardon protects him from federal prosecution but not state crimes or civil lawsuits.
The top lawyers signed a letter addressed to House Speaker Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune.
They request state-level cooperation in order to pursue any violations of state laws.
“President Biden’s blanket pardon of Dr. Fauci is a shameful attempt to prevent accountability,” said Wilson. “If any of these findings indicate violations of state laws, we are fully prepared to take appropriate action to ensure justice is served.”
According to the press release:
The letter follows the release of the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic’s final report, which details widespread failures and potential misconduct by high-ranking government officials, including Dr. Fauci. The report highlights misleading public statements regarding COVID-19’s origins, mismanagement of National Institutes of Health (NIH) funding, and efforts to suppress scientific discussions about vaccine risks.
The subcommittee report alleges that Dr. Fauci discredited the lab leak theory despite supporting evidence, misled Congress about NIH-funded gain-of-function research at Wuhan, oversaw NIH’s mismanagement of taxpayer funds to EcoHealth Alliance, and suppressed scientific dissent on vaccine risks.
“Despite these findings, former President Joe Biden issued a sweeping pardon for Dr. Fauci, shielding him from federal prosecution for any offenses committed during his tenure,” the press release reads. “However, the attorneys general assert that this federal pardon does not prevent state-level legal action.”
The AGs asked Congress to provide any relevant findings “that could lead to state investigations and potential prosecutions.”

The Biden administration had requested $64.4 billion in discretionary budget authority for 2025 for State, USAID, and other international programs.
But on Monday, the Trump admin ordered the closure of USAID’s Washington D.C. headquarters and is now threatening to shut down the agency permanently.
Contrary to mainstream depictions of the agency as a provider of philanthropic assistance for soup kitchens and health clinics, USAID is a tool of Deep State foreign policy used to exert influence in other countries under the guise of humanitarian aid.
USAID is frequently involved in laundering taxpayer money through projects that support globalist strategic interests, which might not always align with the stated goals of development or poverty alleviation.
The agency covertly supports regime change operations by funding opposition groups, NGOs, and initiatives that align with globalist political and economic objectives, thereby meddling in the internal affairs of sovereign nations.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt recently condemned the “insane priorities” that USAID has funded around the world.
“I don’t know about you, but as an American taxpayer, I don’t want my dollars going towards this crap,” Leavitt said.
Bill Gates
The United States, through USAID, has been a major contributor to Bill Gates’ international vaccine initiative, GAVI Alliance, since its inception in 2000.
In 2020, USAID announced a commitment of $1.16 billion to Gavi for fiscal years 2020 to 2023.
More recently, the U.S. pledged at least $1.58 billion to Gavi over the next five years for its upcoming replenishment period.
These contributions, combined with previous funding, likely exceed $2 billion.
Gates’ GAVI was one of the top recipients of USAID grants in 2024, according to the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons.
The Association shared a screenshot indicating USAID gave GAVI $4 billion for that year alone.
George Soros
In 2017, the conservative think tank Heritage Foundation claimed that George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) had been the primary implementer of USAID’s foreign aid since at least 2009, Sputnik reports.
However, the collaboration between Soros and USAID dates back much further.
A 1993 USAID document reveals that the agency had already partnered with Soros’ Management Training Program to train 30 professionals from Bulgaria, Estonia, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.
By the late 1990s and early 2000s, Soros’ network of NGOs played a central role in the wave of color revolutions that swept through Eastern Europe.
One of the most notable instances occurred in 2003–2004 when Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation partnered with USAID to support Ukraine's Orange Revolution, Sputnik points out.
In the years leading up to the uprising, the U.S. funneled substantial funds into the region, spending $54.7 million in 2003 and another $34.11 million in 2004 on so-called “democracy programs” in Ukraine, with USAID acting as a key conduit.
Soros’ influence extended beyond Eastern Europe.
In April 2018, the legal watchdog Judicial Watch exposed USAID’s role in backing Soros’ globalist agenda in Guatemala, where OSF allegedly spent approximately $100 million fomenting unrest in Latin America between 2015 and 2018.
Further revelations emerged in October 2018 when Judicial Watch obtained documents showing that USAID had collaborated with Soros to finance radical left-wing activists in Albania.
Reports indicate that in 2016, USAID allocated $9 million to a campaign run by Soros’ East West Management Institute.
The scale of Soros-linked funding continues to grow.
In 2024, then-President Joe Biden requested nearly $30 billion for USAID in 2025, underscoring the massive financial resources flowing through the agency—many of which have historically intersected with Soros-backed initiatives.
World Economic Forum
According to the World Economic Forum, a future is coming in which global citizens will “own nothing” and “be happy” about it, and the United States will no longer be the world’s leading superpower.
From 2013 to 2022, USAID invested approximately $26 million in multi-year agreements, according to the WEF’s website.
In January 2024, House Republicans introduced legislation, the ‘Defund Davos Act,’ to specifically block the State Department, USAID, and any other federal agency from funding the Forum.
A report from the time confirmed the U.S. “has spent millions on the WEF over the years.”
“Forcing American Taxpayers to fund annual ski trips for insular, global elitists is absurd – not to mention reprehensible,” said U.S. Representative Scott Perry (R-PA), who led the bill. “The World Economic Forum doesn’t deserve one cent of American funding, and it’s past time we defund Davos.”
“The wealthy WEF globalists should not receive Americans’ hard-earned tax dollars,” said Wisconsin Rep. Tom Tiffany, an original cosponsor of the legislation. “The Defund Davos Act would ensure that U.S. tax dollars are not funding the World Economic Forum and their reset on our way of life. I thank Congressman Perry for leading this important effort.”
USAID’s shutdown isn’t just a bureaucratic reshuffle—it’s a direct hit to the globalist stronghold that’s funneled billions into Gates’ vaccine empire, Soros-backed regime change, and WEF’s dystopian vision.
